"Welcoming staff."

"The property is perfect. Clean, organized, warm, and welcoming. We arrived late after a long haul of a road trip. I just recently had knee surgery and it was my first time out after a long recovery with little movement. When we woke up in the morning to the alarm clock in the room, we realized shortly after that the time change had occurred and we now had less than an hour to get ready and get out. I called the front desk to see if we could get that hour back, and was told “No. We can’t help you with that. You need to be out by 11.” So that put a rush on us getting out and didn’t have time to shower. Paid $160 for a room which was a nice room and nice property, but having to rush with a painful knee for a time change that we thought took place Sunday NIGHT into Monday morning really made that $160 fee like a huge waste. "

"•Great gym - peloton bikes! •Nice pool. •Great breakfast, only complaint was yogurt was in a dispenser not individual cups so I couldn’t eat it not knowing the brand/ingredients. But that’s being super picky!! •Rooms are great - great kitchen and comfy beds. "

"Beautiful! Outstanding staff. CLEAN rooms that are taken care of. One of my most favorite rooms I’ve ever stayed in! Pool is perfect temperature & clean, fitness room is very nice & clean. Highly recommend. "

"Had several problems. Really poor breakfast! Not much there and they were out of several things they were supposed to have. Another customer ran out of toilet paper, and when they went to the front desk they didn’t have any more…gave them a box of Kleenex! Side door wouldn’t latch securely, but when it finally did, it wouldn’t open, creating a serious safety hazard, which they know about but obviously hadn’t bothered to fix. Then there was the jackhammering at the construction site next door that began at 6:52 am. Pre-check in worked well. Pool was nice and warm. Rooms and facilities were clean. Towels were rather spartan. Just a great experience. "
