「So unique, beautiful and memorable」

「The people were very welcoming and helpful.」

「The front desk ladies were exceptionally nice! I had two 6 year old boys with me and they had such a fun time with the front desk crew. I appreciated their welcome and patience with 2 rambunctious boys! The room was nice, clean and well maintained. The boys used the pool and had a blast!」

「It is a very lovely property with rolling hills, a lot of interesting buildings, delicious food at onsite restaurant, and multiple activities of museums, trails, horse riding, etc. I was there as a place to sleep when I wasn’t at the annual Brandywine Hobbit festival that was at the Terrapin Hill Farm about 20 minutes away (although most of the 1000 Hobbits camped.) Therefore, I didn’t partake of most of what they had to offer. The downsides to me were that the signage for various buildings...

「We booked the hotel for three days, but during those three days, no one cleaned our room. The smell in the room was terrible. On the second day, the towels disappeared from our room, and a staff member knocked on our door asking why we hadn’t checked out yet. This was not good experience. We will never stay at Comfort Inn again!」

「Very nice property with lots of useful amenities including a microwave and fridge in the room (as well as frozen food, snacks, and drinks for sale in the office store). Parking is easy; everything was clean; and the location is convenient.」

「When we arrived and checked in our room it was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned ! Bed slept in with blood on pillows! Dirt towels everywhere , trash and cash laying on dirty bed ! We checked in at 12:15am after a 6 hour drive no other vacancies in the town or at hotel we were staying . Manger or staff on site over housekeeping walked out the door stating he couldn’t do anything about it because he was off the clock. Our only option to have a place to sleep was to clean our own dirty room !!!!...

「The place smells like cigarette smoke, rooms, hallways, etc. There are doors on each floor to the outside that remain open 24 hours a day. Security cameras don't work, desk person told me that and that the room phones don't work. The first night I stayed there was a huge fight outside the building at 1:30am. The next night I woke up when someone tried to gain entry to my room at 3:30am. The following day I was supposed to spend another night but paid for another room elsewhere. My fees were not...

「A unique, historical hotel full of antiques with an associated pub & tavern. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well appointed, comfortable rooms. Food was well prepared and delicious. Stayed at the Inn for 4 days for a local event and plan on returning next year.」

「Wonderful property and staff, as usual, for TownePlace. My wife left her cellphone in our room and the staff was exceptionally helpful in mailing it to us.」

「There was no breakfast, talked to the staff by phone to obtain access number for lock. Had no in-person contact. Room o but shared bathroom did not have a woring overhead light.」

「Super helpful staff comfortable bed. Super clean in all areas.」
