Well as soon as we walked in we should had known that there would be problems. The smell of bleach. The loud people. Opened the door and immediately found Mo refrigerator, hairdryer, coffeemaker, broken microwave. I called the front desk and 30 minutes later we still hadn’t gotten a response. So I called the 800 customer service explained the situation and requested another room. So we were moved across the hall to a room that called itself “premium” what a joke! Bathroom door was in bad shape some were patched and part was broken. The towel rack was missing off the wall. Soap/shampoo dispenser empty. The vending machines were completely empty, complimentary water refrigerator was empty. And the breakfast was a joke. Waffle maker should be condemned the Teflon coating flaked off into the batter. During the night the refrigerator defrosted and water was all over the floor. I’m stopping now but the list could go on. The “Plus+” should be taken off the name of facility.

Breakfast menu very limited, room was NOT clean! Check in lady was nice but spent her free time outside smoking with other people who seemed to be “living” there. The other people were standing around on 1st floor with their dogs and didn’t seem to care that they were on our way. I definitely will NEVER be back!!

There is no hot tub at this hotel the breakfast was disgusting and multiple people had pets with them inside the breakfast area there was poop all over the grass outside. The hotel is in desperate need of a real maintenance person because everything in there is broken and/or half repaired like holes is drywall or shower heads missing parts and being taped on toilets leak if not checked etc. The only positive things i can say is that the staff is very nice and friendly its also conveniently close to most major stores like walmart etc. There are multiple other hotels in the same vicinity so i highly recommend not staying at this one unless you dont have any other options.

The beds where very clean and the staff was friendly. It also smelled pretty good everywhere. But the only negative thing was the complementary shampoo and soap it was I guess not the best.

Staff great. Worked with what they had. Rooms clean,tv worked but water pressure and tub drain was horrible. No working vending or ice machines on the property. Seemed to be lots of wayer damage throughout the building. Humidifiers in hall and moisture control bags in romm

The continental breakfast was not good . No milk was out for cereal, waffle machine was turned off. Breakfast items were lacking. Must be staff. I was here the day before and everything was great.

Room was substandard. Missing lights, bathroom fixtures poorly designed, bathroom sink was a strange adaption, bathroom shower very slow to empty. TV was very small and loosely connected to wall. Breakfast offering was small and low quality. Coffee substandard to gas station vending machine.

This was an older facility and had some humidity issues so our room smelled musty and moldy. The bed was old and lumpy and wasn’t comfortable and had probably never been flipped or rotated. The room was clean(ish) although the overuse of cleaning supplies was evident when walking in the floor barefoot which made the floor very slippery. The staff was great with the few interactions we had with them. We were only here to sleep so felt with it as options in the area are limited.

Staff was great. Minimal breakfast options. Walls are thin and not well insulated which amplified the noise from the rowdy guests next door each night which made for difficult sleeping. Doors don’t close slowly and tend to “bang” shut if not manually closing softly.
