「We really loved this place. It is in the middle of nowhere - but everything in Iceland kind of is. It was so peaceful here. The cottage was bigger than i imagined. The kitchen has basics like salt/pepper/oil. Close to the famous golden circle destinations so you get an early start in the loop before the rest of the tourists join in.」

「A beautifully designed building on an open field. Hot tubs are available with no hour restrictions facing the west. Room was hot on arrival but there was a window to open. Comfortable pillows and bed.」

「Stayed here for a night as a couple - absolutely LOVED it. Air in the bubble room was cool inside (despite it being sunny and warm outside). Linens were super high quality. No one else there; it was off-season (May). We only had four hours of darkness, but the trees provided shading and it was easy to get a great night sleep. Bathrooms & showers are < 1 minute walk away at the service hut. Free WiFi and coffee at the hut. Self check in. To address concerns we read in other reviews (1) Hot shower...

「The door is broken can’t lock whole night in middle of no where, no one help check in, no air ventilation need to open window , a lot of bug and mosquitos sleep with you. Where is the spa pool shown in the booking website?」

「The area around this property felt so scenic and tranquil. The set up of the property itself was pretty basic / minimalist, but it was as described and very reasonable for the price. Everything was in working order and the communication was good.」

「Mooi en nieuw chalet. Was brandschoon en aangenaam warm. Uitzicht is prachtig, zeker tijdens het ochtendgloren. We zaten in 10A. Hottub was koud bij aankomst en pas op temperatuur aan het einde van de avond. We hadden ook geen warm water. De volgende ochtend was alles warm. 」
