「I was extremely upset to find that the pool was not available!! I checked with Expedia prior to my trip to insure if the pool was operational. 「The place looked nice on the outside and the lobby. Hallways made it seem dated and that I’d walk into a terrible room. It wasn’t terrible but things could be updated. Specifically the bathroom. Mostly needs maintenance. Mold, shower was leaky even with the door shut. People above me would flush their toilet and mine would run and the water would move around and gurgle. 「I have had the pleasure of staying at the Winsor Hotel several times. I have had all wonderful experiences. The rooms are very clean and quiet and the staff goes above and beyond to make you happy. I really enjoy having my coffee at the Horne Pecan company downstairs every morning with the sweet ladies. Dinner restaurants are wonderful as well.」

「I stayed for 5 nights and my towels and wash cloths were only replaced on the first night other than that they never came in the room too clean or replace anything. There were stains everywhere the toilet seat, the fridge had stains and chunks of old spilt food, the blankets and sheets and all were covered in stains. The rooms look nothing like the “remodeled” pictures your seeing in the listing.」
