「We were extremely disappointed in the restaurant. We saw now staff and several tables not cleaned off. A couple that were leaving told us the service was terrible and the food was not good. So, we went to the coffee shop. I hope the restaurant issues can be improved. We used to love going there!!!!! The hotel is wonderful, aside from that!!!」

「The receptionist was great and friendly. The grounds are old and weathered. The overall stay was just ok. But the showered in the room was not clean. The shower door was covered in soap scum and the inside of the door was disgusting. It hadn't been cleaned at all. 」

「The breakfast menu was great. I did request a king size bed for my husband and myself but we received double beds. I didn’t want to to complain so I just accepted what was given. 」

「Not very clean. If you have the ability to pay a little extra, you will get what you pay for. I had an allergy attack all night. Never sneezed so much in my life. 」

「The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast left a bit to be desired, but to be fair, it was a Sunday. The coffee was good, though. The room was nicely furnished, and even had a fridge and microwave, which was very convenient. I'd stay there again for sure!」

「We were upset because I got this hotel because the hotel had an indoor pool and sauna. My kids were really looking forward to the pool and all were told is the pool is broken at the desk. There was nothing on the website or notification that it was close. So because the pool was close the sauna which I had been looking forward to was close. I could of got an better hotel for an lower rate but I chose this one because of the pool and rating. I was very disappointed.」

「Stayed for an overnight stay, and checked out early. The room was not in the best conditions. There was blood stains on the comforter of one of the beds, and random stains on the other bed. The bathroom was nasty. My daughter was in the room next to me and she said that her room had roaches. I’ll never stay there again.」

「I stayed for 5 nights and my towels and wash cloths were only replaced on the first night other than that they never came in the room too clean or replace anything. There were stains everywhere the toilet seat, the fridge had stains and chunks of old spilt food, the blankets and sheets and all were covered in stains. The rooms look nothing like the “remodeled” pictures your seeing in the listing.」
