「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

「Bob W is an example of a company that has introduced AI without concern for its customers. The check is process creates friction (ie it is time consuming) versus other hotels of a similar price range. Check out the same. It can be ok if nothing goes wrong. But for example when I checked out of my hotel and realized I had left my water bottle in the fridge — there are no on site staff to quickly resolve the problem. I probably lost 1 hour of my time on the Bob W. I strongly avoid actors that...

「This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We had the apartment with 2 adults and 2 teens. We were not in the room often so it worked. Small kitchen and table for 4. It is about 8 minute walk to Earls Court tube and near the station was a market and several restaurants. Would highly recommend」

「Everything about our stay at this property was great. The location was great. We were able to walk to all of the attractions we wanted to see. The were a couple of great local places to eat nearby. Would definitely stay here again.」
