Note the hotel is dog friendly which applies to most of the guest rooms as well as the public spaces. Quality hotel with good facilities and easy access to the Common and Newbury street with all the shops. "

"Very nice boutique hotel nestled right in heart of both downtown and waterfront areas. Joia’s restaurant is wonderful and extremely enjoyable with both ambiance and food quality. Nice find and although it can be a bit pricey, it really is a nice find and very good experience I’d highly recommended and will be returning "
