Transport easy clean customer service good. Except they keep deducted my payment stay on the. Hotel had been paid before i came on the property. I feel uneasy Rectify same day last 22 sep. But this morning i check my account 24 sep Have been deducted of difference amount.

Terrific staff. Very comfortable, quiet, clean room. The location is superb for access to great restaurants, tube, and museums.

Decent value, you get what you pay for so don't expect luxury. Hotel is in a fantastic location though right beside Staines town centre. The staff were very friendly and pleasant!! The rooms use pin numbers not key cards which I thought was a nice touch. Definitely needs updating though, no A/C, no USB charging ports, and the bathroom in my room had what looked like a bit of mold on the ceiling of the shower.

There was an abundance of shopping options. The room was always spotless. The staff were all very helpful in whatever your needs might be. Although we weren't there on business, they certainly appeared to be set-up for any bususiness situation requirement.

Loved the neighborhood and how quiet the area was. Cleaning staff was very attentive, which we really appreciated. My only complaint was the tub didn’t drain very well, so when we showered it was like I was standing in a bath.
