「Clean nice room & bathroom, even though a little dated. Would stay again if passing through. 」

「The building was nice and cold! Very charming antiquated hotel with close proximity to everything in Carrabelle. Highly recommend if you want to be close by and can walk to everything!」

「This is a very well kept property, clean grounds and clear rooms with nice beds. Only problem was Expedia has the check out before noon, but the owner said I was making that up, so we had to pull up the Expedia site and sure enough check in at 2pm check out before noon」

「The shower had a fold down bench which was nice for a Senior but having the separate hand held shower head mounted next to the seat was awkward. There was also a shower head on the opposite wall. The pool and hot tub area was closed at dusk which was disappointing. Also, at 10:30 am the breakfast was cold considering service was available until 11 am. The coffee at that time was cold. The waitress was helpful but the coffee was bad. Our room was in the new wing and it was beautifully appointed.」

「The keyless check in was a disaster, consuming much pre-arrival customer time, only to be overridden with a physical key being issued in the end. Obtaining the key required traveling to a sister hotel over a mile away. We were told "They were having internet problems". The coffee machine had a cup of stale coffee in the overflow well. There was poor communication in the room about the location of items like the ice machine. It turns out the machine was a block away in a separate building. And so...

「It is not a pleasant stay, bath room door is broken, edge of the celling is mold, Cigarettes burning hole on Comforter. I will not recommend to other people. 」

「TV didn't work properly unable to get off home screen, had to turn on manually, remote not working, staff unable to fix the issue, stated it was a maintenance issue and they wouldn't be back until next day. Phone in room not working, had to walk to front desk about TV issue and staff stated they'd have manager contact me the next day regarding issues. No contact received from management and no discounts or offers given to make up for the non working items that were paid for in the suite I paid...
