The location is great and the price as well but the trade off is a roach infestation and not enough supplies in the unit. When we walked in, we killed three baby roaches and as the day progressed, we were killing roaches in the kitchen, washroom and the living room. Yes there were small supplies like shampoo, head soap and body wash but no extra toilet paper (they only have half a roll) there was no paper towels, no dish soap and no extra garbage bags. How is giving a half toilet roll for two days acceptable without at least having extra rolls in the apartment. The washrooms were not cleaned properly, there was mould on the sink and shower areas and although it wasn’t too bad it’s still gross to be around. The unit needs to be cleaned properly.

Well maintained and equipped apartment in an convenient location.Apartment was in a building further down the road than reception and while parking was available for a fee, the carpark was a very tight fit even for a small car. Gentleman at reception was friendly, efficient and helpful with clear instructions on getting to the carpark and apartment. Apart from the carpark issue, the patio door and windows couldn’t be secured which was concerning. Generally good value for money

First, amazing front desk staff. Check-in went smooth and the property was very safe/secure, couldn't find the pool. The problem, german cockroaches, everywhere. I didn't notice them at first, I went to take a shower and when I got out they were on my bed crawling on the pillow and in the middle of the comforter. Then I was in the living room booking a different hotel when one scurried past my foot. I was washing the dishes I had used in preparation to leave and there was a roach in the knife drawer crawling behind the plastic utensil holder and into the drawer/middle of the island. After calling the main line 5 times and getting disconnected, I walked to the main office which was closed so I called their 24 hour line. They never apologized, just said they "understand if I don't want to stay there for the night", I did get refund but had to call back in the morning to get the refund because no one on the 24 hour line could help me with that. I was very excited about the washer and dryer so I could clean my clothes but ended up having to leave at 8pm, pay for an uber, and pay $0.50 per minute I spent on the phone (because I don't have an Australian phone number) to get my refund. They said they were having an exterminator out to inspect the room but made it feel like they didn't believe me by saying this was the first complaint in that room (mind you I was on the top floor so why are they up there) and not apologizing. Would have been a great spot if there hadn't been roaches.
