「This place is little better than a youth hostel: unwelcoming, grim, dirty and unsafe. You would do better sleeping in a skip. There are no human beings involved in the entire process; all communication is through WhatsApp. Upon "registering" you are presented with a series of additional charges not mentioned on the booking site before "check-in". The "hotel" is completely unmarked on a grotty street just off the beachfront. It apparently operates under multiple names. The front door to the...

「Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. I think you likely have to move...

「The property is a tastefully decorated small apartment. Nice small kitchen with a washer/dryer combo. The location is great as you are across the street from the sea and Palace Pier and all the shopping and dining is around the other corner. Extremely convenient to everything including a 15 minute walk to the Brighton train station. My complaint is that there is a mattress Just outside the stops wear a different homeless people will sleep… making it feel seedy as you leaving and entering the...
