The manager lied and said they have no idea when the are coming to test the alarms I call bu You don't just test alarms that is poor management. Was only compensated 1 day when there mistake ruined 2 days! Never again unless management is replaced!」

The hotel itself is impressive, all the staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was not just clean but was more like a home than a hotel room. 「I want to give this quaint hotel five stars. The place is beautiful, the staff are super friendly and helpful and professional! The restaurant was Devine - top notch food and spirits! It’s just that it’s not restful. We were up until the staff were done for the night, then other guests filtered in making their own racket. It’s an old house - so it’s truly not meant or designed to be sound-proof. Outside of the disruptions, this was a fantastic stay!」

「I recently stayed at Turning Stone and overall had a good experience. The property is very large and offers plenty of amenities and things to do. One challenge was finding the front desk from the parking garage—it was a bit confusing to navigate at first and better signage would have been helpful. During my stay, I also checked out the Ahsi Spa, which was a nice addition to the experience. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the size of the resort provides a lot of options for guests to enjoy....
