「AC wasnt needed but the heat worked great
The staff was outstanding ,very attentive and on top of your every need
In Syracuse NY area there is lots of snow and the nice thing was they plowed and shoveled so it wasn't an issue for traveling people .They made me feel like family when I got the knock on the door asking guest to move cars so the plow guy could do a great job anything you need can be brought to your door in no time ..it's that centrally located to everything..

「The staff at this Craftsman Inn are the stars at a great facility! Each and every one there is eager to make your stay the very best and they succeed! Whether it’s the Front Desk, the breakfast area, or simply needing special accommodations, if they are able to make it happen, they will!
The property also has a wonderful restaurant on site plus access to a variety of stores in the immediate area. While we live within 50 miles of the Inn, I’m already thinking of reasons to return for...
