"Everything was great, very clean, the staff were super friendly, and the ocean view and the pool eve thing was beautiful we enjoyed our vacation. However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Only minor issue is the restaurant staff is not well trained and ordering was difficult, slow to get drink refills and paying the bill took way too long. "Everyone who works very hard at the Caribe Tesoro truly makes this location the best place to stay in West Bay, Roatan. The garden grounds are breathtaking thanks to Raffi. Victoria, who oversees the front desk, has an incredible staff including the hard working house cleaners. The onsite restaurant offers a wide range of delicious eats and drinks with friendly and welcoming servers managed by Alan and Scott. I would never even consider staying anywhere else! Thank you everyone for being such amazing hosts!!"
