「We had an excellent time and experience starting from the front desk (helping us adjust our reservations) to the popcorn while watching the World Cup to the service staff while we were entering and leaving our room. And thank you to the staff member who helped me after I spilled a bunch of water on the floor! And to everyone who was so welcoming to our pup. 「Couldnt access the front door entrance when checking in. We were told the pool wasn’t available, which was the main reason we chose this hotel.
