「We were displaced for a week due to the WA floods. Management let us have an early check in because of the situation we were in, and allowed us to stay in another room while ours was being cleaned.
We also ended up extending our stay for an additional day and they were very accommodating in giving us the lowest rate and a late check-out.
The room was large and clean and had all amenities needed.
Pam has been nothing but amazing and flexible since we arrived. We felt welcome and respected...

「The lady with eyeglass is the so called on Duty Manager in front desk is very very poor attitude, it ruined our good image of our stay in this hotel, Hotel management should take it seriously, otherwise will destroy hotel images. Choeck out on 18th Nov morning. 」
