「Nice and helpful staff Overall the facilities are ok but the flushing of the toilet wasn't strong enough Not many options of restaurants around but you can try using deliveroo to get what you wanna eat 」

「I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.」

「Staff were great, the hotel looked stunning and the grounds were amazing. The breakfast was delicious too. The room we had was in the attic so I kept hitting my head, the main light in the room was above the doorway which was around a corner so didn’t really help at all. There was water and hair in the bottom of the shower when we arrived as if someone had only just had a shower. There were patches of damp in the room around the window and on the ceiling.」

「Lovely b&b! Had big rooms and excellent shower. Ten minutes walk from the station and five from the centre. Friendly hosts with out being overbearing. Would absolutely go back. Only consideration: there was nowhere to leave bags after checkout.」

「Kingslodge Inn is a lovely English country inn conveniently located near Durham train station and bus station. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bar & restaurant offer great good in a cozy environment. Just note that there isn't an elevator; I had to carry my big suitcase one floor up.」

「Mucha limpieza en la habitación. El desayuno bueno. Muy atentas las personas de recepción y servicio. La habitación muy pequeña. Se escuchan muchos ruidos de otras habitaciones . El hotel está retirado de Durham y de Newcastle, sin embargo es una opción de mejor precio con respecto a los hoteles de Durham.」

「Warm welcome, nice room, well appointed, but could do with air conditioning. Reception found a fan which was welcomed. Restaurant staff were warm, helpful and friendly, apart from the male wearing a white shirt and jeans who was abrupt. Restaurant surroundings were lovely and the food was nice. Would recommend」

「Room quite small but adequate. Had to go outside to get to breakfast. Fortunately it was warm and dry when we were there. Lovely well kept grounds.」
