「i had to get my dad to drive from 30 minutes away just so i could check in. i am about to be 20 in a couple days, and shouldn’t need a parent. front desk girl was always on her tablet watching a movie and on ft everytime i would go to the front desk. bathroom was very midly maintained and the hallways stink. also your website is not user friendly.」

「Checked in on Thursday and checked out on Sunday. This is the second year in a row during a yearly visit home to Lubbock where the pool was closed due to maintenance issues. Friday, slept in and did not request cleaning or bath towel service, requested do not disturb. Saturday morning I requested towel service and room cleaning. Was with family all day in Lubbock then returned around 11:30 pm to find room was not cleaned nor were there new bath towels. Called the front desk to request fresh...

「The hotel was in a good location to get to things easily. It was on the feeder, just down from a Walmart, but we didn’t get any road noise! It was quiet and clean. We had a plugged drain in the shower our first night but maintenance came first thing the next day to fix it. My kids enjoyed the pool, and I got good use of the gym. My only problems were that the gym had a single 15lbs weight and a single 20lbs, not a full set. The other issues were that there were no towels by the pool, we had to...

「This hotel was so awesome pool was good and the staff didn't harass us or bother us all three days we were there,we are a big family and met there so it was like 8 kids altogether and they never made us feel unwelcome as we have stayed at other hotels where they're rude and look us down because of our family size,they were all courteous and nice to everyone,will definitely choose this hotel anytime I have to stay in Lubbock again 🙏🙌」
