「I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. 」

「Den angegebenen Parkplatz ebenso wie Tiefgarage sind nicht vorhanden. Zunächst hieß es der Parkplatz sei nur heute gesperrt, dann, dass er für ein paar Tage wegen einer Baustelle nicht zugänglich sei. Als ich den Parplatz sehen wollte, wurde dann gebeichtet, dass es gar keinen Parplatz gibt! Weiter geht es mit der Klimaanlage. Sowohl in meinem Zimmer (und 2 weiteren die mir gezeigt wurden) defekt! 「I paid through Expedia for a room described as grand apartment and the listing showed photos of the room ….when we arrived the room we were given it was from a lower category. I looked on Expedia and the exact photos of the room we were given on Expedia showed a lower price (and listed as a different category) than I paid.
