「I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. 」

「Parken in der Umgebung, ggf. gegen Gebühr, freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, sauberes bequemes Bett, sauberes Bad mit kostenlosen Badutensilien, warmes Wasser, A/C geht, Frühstück viel und primär süß vorbereitet, viele Möglichkeiten für Abendessen, leider nur Geschäfte und Wohnblocks, keine Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe」

「Everything is very good just the room is too dark. If it is brighter will be awesome. The internet doesn't work very smoothly, this does have room for improvement. Compare to other hotels in casablanca, I would say better to stay in sofitel」

「The staff are super friendly and helpful. The manager of the hotel is very nice and pleasant to speak with. Very conveniently located in the center of downtown. A lot of shops and restaurants around the hotel. The room is nice and very quiet. 」

「The room is spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is good, since we can visit the medina within 1-minute walk, and ~49 minutes walk yo the Hassan II Mosque. We are so happy that we can view the Hassan II Mosque from our terrace too. Just on the same street of our hotel, we can easily find supermarket and restaurants.」

「After an overnight flight from Canada, the staff provided my family with an early check-in so that we could catch some needed sleep. Thanks to Hamza and the staff at the hotel. Courteous, caring and understanding. Room was clean and spacious. AC was ok but not as cold as expected.」
