The room was clean. Very well kept. Smelled good. Hallway to the room was clean and inviting. Staff spoke English well which I am grateful for. My Arabic and French is significantly lacking. The staff was kind and welcoming. The outside staff assisted in getting us a taxi. They too were kind and helpful.

The photos did not do the hotel any good. The pool looked really good in the pictures but in reality the pool was maximum 10 cm deep…. The sunbeds ( there were 3 beds ) were IN the restaurant so you were laying in the restaurant?? It was really bad. And the price for the breakfast was to much.

It was nice to have a good restaurant in the hotel especially as it was Ramadan and many places were either closed or had limited options for food. We enjoyed our meal and as well the included breakfast was very good and varied.

Very nice hotel, friendly and professional staff. Street car stop - route T1 - is just a few steps from the entrance, you can easily and inexpensively get to most interesting areas of Casablanca. A good grocery store close by. Quite a few restaurants are nearby.

Was very impressed by the hard working, friendly and helpful staff (especially Soumia at breakfast). There were lovely fresh juices at breakfast and rooms were nice. Also liked the central location. However, the hotel was no where near 5 star as promised; would say 3.5 star. It was very run down in many areas (guest toilets, stairwell, corridors), it looked poorly maintained, like a faded beauty. The breakfast was very disappointed because it had limited choices, especially healthy options, and the buffet area was always covered in flies. The staff offered to make us food from day 3 out of 7 (e.g. omelettes, chopped up fruit), and that helped and the breakfast became more bearable. The swimming pool was awful - the tiles were black and broken, and we were unable to swim in it, which should have been one of the highlights of our vacation. Was so disappointed. The indoor pool did not exist - instead there was an indoor pool in the spa downstairs, which you had to pay for.
