「I paid through Expedia for a room described as grand apartment and the listing showed photos of the room ….when we arrived the room we were given it was from a lower category. I looked on Expedia and the exact photos of the room we were given on Expedia showed a lower price (and listed as a different category) than I paid. 「Den angegebenen Parkplatz ebenso wie Tiefgarage sind nicht vorhanden. Zunächst hieß es der Parkplatz sei nur heute gesperrt, dann, dass er für ein paar Tage wegen einer Baustelle nicht zugänglich sei. Als ich den Parplatz sehen wollte, wurde dann gebeichtet, dass es gar keinen Parplatz gibt! Weiter geht es mit der Klimaanlage. Sowohl in meinem Zimmer (und 2 weiteren die mir gezeigt wurden) defekt! Als Lösung hat man mir gesagt, ich könne doch einfach das Fenster aufmachen... auf die stark...
