"Huge mess up with our rooms. I booked 2 twins and one king. They got us one double room, one twin and one single. After 5 hours of no resolution and them insisting that a King Bed is the same as a single bed, the receptionist finally convinced her manager to get my mother the King bed at 9.45pm at night after she had already fallen asleep after an almost 24 hour plane journey. I appreciate the receptionist and the manager finally making this right, but my poor mother woke up and moved rooms in her pajamas so the resolution would have been more appreciated if it were sooner."

"The hotel was clean , rooms could use a coat of paint but overall a great stay . Breakfast was decent ( the coffee on the other hand was one of the worst I've had in a hotel ) , reception staff was very friendly & welcoming , the ones doing breakfast seemed like they didn't want to be there but nevertheless they were helpful with guests when they were required to . "

From the location, the aesthetics to the staff, the free breakfast, the rooftop restaurant, the amenities, my stay was a 10 out of 10. I was greeted with a smile & an upgrade (lucky me) & that set the time for my 4 night stay. This will be my hotel whenever I’m back in Casablanca. They were worth every penny & then some. "We never had wifi in our room even after complaining several times. Had to call for the TV to work. We've had to go to reception just to get our cell phones to get wifi. Breakfast was okay, but tajines were covered with a very heavy lid that made it hard to get anything because there wasn't enough space to put the lid down. "

"Everything was good and clean with the room and check in process. Restaurant manager on the rooftop was rude and dismissive, that’s the only downside."
