"A really unfortunate stay. We'd reserved (and already paid for) a large suite and they put us in the smallest one in the hotel when we checked in. Just like that! When they finally moved us it was still to a smaller room than we'd paid for. And they were unapologetic and unhelpful throughout."

From check-in to check-out, their hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for. The location is outstanding, right on the beachfront and close to restaurants, cafes and Mall. It was the perfect base to explore the city while enjoying the beautiful ocean view and walks. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The room was clean and provided what we needed during our stay. The breakfast had a great selection including moroccan dishes and the staff was attentive. A great combination of excellent service, prime location and comfortable accommodations."
