「无现金打车，工作人员全程帮忙，很贴心。早餐的面包很好吃」

「Location safe. Room is clean. Some reception is no smile no greetings. The day I left I see the boss was there so everyone is nice. 」

「Everything about the experience was first class, from the moment you are greated at the door, to fresh tea in the lobby and a warm welcome by Yesser, the hotel concierge. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the hotel restaurant on the rooftop if wonderful. The staff is professional and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel while staying in Casablanca.」

「The staff are very nice and the room is clean. 」

「Worse bed ever 」

「Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good...

「Shops and restaurants nearby were convenient. The staff is friendly and there is 24 hour maintenance/Security. I enjoyed music on the tv through YouTube. There was a problem with the tv subscription channel but I didn't need it and said so. The air conditioning being off when unoccupied has created some bathroom and kitchen mold but it is to be expected with how humid it is in Casablanca. All the amenities were provided to clean and take out the trash. I brought my own body wash, shampoo and...

「Nice and safe hotel. And so kind staff」

「Hotel is clean and in good condition. Room is decorated with different theme and model. Comfortable stay.」

「I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. 」

「Great value for a five stars hotel, great staffs and best pool in the area. Nice and relaxing.」
