"First and foremost, saying their loft is like a bunk bed with a couple extra rungs is the understatement of the century. As a 67 yo retired USCG Chief and former Marine that ladder up to the bed was a test. No railings, steep and you have to do a gymnastics move at the top. Getting down even worse. Cleanliness well, things were wiped down but not cleaned. New construction, maybe a couple of years ago. Areas nice but you'll have to climb up a steep hill to reach the stores and restaurants. "Stop looking and book this property. Communication with the host was responsive and easy. The property is out in the country and is nice and quiet. Pics are accurate and it is clean well kept. According to my daughters (11 & 13) the sofa bed was very nice and comfy. Regular beds are nice and comfortable. If we are ever in the area again, we will be booking this property! "

"This is a wonderful place to stay. Great location in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Lake Stevens. The guest house is very clean, beautifully decorated, so comfortable and overall great accommodations. "Location was great, no issues getting in and everything was just what was needed for us. We were able to easily walk to WAMU for a concert. The only real downside was a lack of immediate parking. The closest lot was expensive and of no fault of the location we had to pay to get our car after hours so that ended up running us over $160 for a night of parking. So if you can park then uber there it may save you some trouble. Overall really neat little space though. "
