「Great staff who are prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guests are happy. The breakfasts had a good variety catering for all tastes, the evening meals were tasty, my husband described the pie as "out of this world". The bedroom room was a good size and the bathroom was well appointed. The only downside was the shower lost pressure a couple of times, however the staff arranged to get it fixed.」

「I wouldn’t recommend this hotel anyone, I stayed at this hotel recently and paid £130 for a night but it was very disappointed with the condition of the room and the way my concerns were handled. I went into the shower and only realised after I was already wet that there was no shampoo provided in the dispenser/tray. This was a basic amenity that should have been checked before the room was given to guests. The room itself was also not properly maintained. There were spider webs around the...

「The room was very comfortable. Facilities excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The local Chinese takeaway food recommended was lovely 😍. All the local people in the pub were friendly and made you feel welcomed. A short walk into the centre of Lincoln. My friend and I will be going back to stay in the future.」

「Staff were very friendly and welcoming, particularly at breakfast where they were chatty making a very welcoming experience. The rooms were lovely and clean. I had no issues at all during my stay. The breakfast was excellent, especially considering it was included in the cost of the stay. I would certainly recommend to any type of visitor. Great value for money.」
