Our check in was quick and easy, our room was clean and cozy. Continental breakfast had many options. Other than the weird sauerkraut smell in the hallway, we were quite impressed. Definitely would stay there again.

Clean and quite hotel. Bed was pretty comfy. About a 10 minute drive to Salem. Good hot buffet breakfast !!

Although it is an older hotel the staff go above and beyond to make it a great guest experience. The decorating, the breakfasts and the people who worked for hotel who made it a point to be friendly and accomodating.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating, but the beds/pillows were terrible. The most uncomfortable beds and barely got any sleep.

Upon arriving we were notified that room service is by request only, which is totally fine. Requested room service twice during our four day stay and never received any room service.

everything was good and clean the only thing i was not happy with is they did not take cash to check in i usually carry cash i dont like to use my card. just wish i knew a head of time.

Great stay. Great location.
Ive stayed here once before. Hotel is super close to Salem. A short drive from Boston. Danvers is a great little town with a ton of good food. My friend and I were in town for a few days to visit Salem. This hotel is wonderful. Its clean, beds are super comfortable, bathrooms are clean. Showers are spacious. Water pressure could be better...but that's just a preference. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. They always have coffee and hot water available for you. And one small detail I appreciated. When handing me my room key, they didnt announce my room name out loud. Just pointed to it on the card. As a female traveler, who often travels solo, its much appreciated.

The fans in the bathrooms are loud. If someone goes to the bathroom ir acn be heard loudly. I even heard the ajacent fans when someone went into the bathroom.at 6:00 a.m. ..
