「It was my first time at this hotel very spacious staff very friendly」

「The room size was good. Loved the shower. The only problem that I had with the room was the bed. The mattress was too soft and felt like it was worn. We found it very uncomfortable. We would seem to sink into a hole and it was next to impossible to get comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep. And the top coverlet looked old and worn. 「The room was gross, there were stains all over the couch, the shower was not clean, the halls had stains all over the carpet. Then they charged me more than they should have! Definitely do not recommend!!」

「We have stayed at this property many times over the last several years, this was not the best experience we have had. While the front staff was friendly and kind, there were several issues. First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. There was paint on the floor in the bathroom, the kitchen table was wobbly, the bedroom doors could not be shut all the way or you would get stuck in them as they were so tight, the TV in the second...

「The room was super humid despite setting the AC on 68, very uncomfortable. The TV worked poorly though staff put in a good effort to try to make it work properly. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH? Location was nothing special, but was surprisingly quiet given close proximity to a major highway. Breakfast was typical of this type of lodging...reasonably good. Good coffee! Cheerful staff!」
