「DO NOT STAY HERE. Very disappointed with our experience. If you arrive after 10:00 p.m., be aware that the parking garage is closed and there is no front desk staff on duty. 「We have stayed at this property many times over the last several years, this was not the best experience we have had. While the front staff was friendly and kind, there were several issues. First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. 「This was NOT a good stay! The website was down to check in. The lady at the front desk was rude and left me on hold for someone else to assist me. The keys did not work to get in the building. Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!! 「The bathtub was rusted, room was dusty, parking garage elevator was broken and apparently has been for a long time so you have to walk down the stairs if you need to park on the upper levels. Parts of the hotel did not have ventilation so there was no a/c blowing in the middle of summer .」

「Restaurant very awful. Food took all day. When I ordered ribeye they came back and said they was out of steaks. They staff ate them all for lunch on their break. So I ordered country fried steak and mash potatoes. Potatoes was hard and not mashed but bitter to eat. Country fried steak was burnt and crumbled with I tried to cut it. Awful place to gamble. Do not do it」

「Clean enough to pass muster. Elevator was malfunctioning for 2nd and 3rd floors, so a lot of stairs were taken, given we were 3rd floor. Traveling with support dog-- never an issue before for ESA animal, but was not allowed free this time. They stated they are following ADA guidelines. So, working dogs allowed, but not ESA dog. Disappointed.」

「The room was super humid despite setting the AC on 68, very uncomfortable. The TV worked poorly though staff put in a good effort to try to make it work properly. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH? Location was nothing special, but was surprisingly quiet given close proximity to a major highway. Breakfast was typical of this type of lodging...reasonably good. Good coffee! Cheerful staff!」
