If you're just passing through and looking for a place to lay your head, this spot is great, but if you're exploring the area, this is not the place. The staff was nice, room was nice too. The area is kind of sketchy.

Worst hotel experience ever. Cut my leg on something sharp protruding from the bed frame. Called the front desk, complete lack of concern not even an apology. Went to my free breakfast the next morning woman looks on a sheet and says I don't get the free breakfast. Have to go back upstairs and find my trip package to prove that I do indeed get the free breakfast. All hours of the night there were lots of very noisy people in the hallway. Terrible experience

We were put in a room right next to the railroad trains ran all night could not sleep well Microwave in the room did not work. Could not get to any movie channels on the TV. Could not Bluetooth my phone to the TV in order to get some programs to watch

It was okay. Staff were nice. Place was fairly quiet. The mattress and room furniture was old and squished uneven. The sink faucet was wobbly on the sink. The tub had a weird patch over what I assume was old deterioration rather than being replaced. This was supposed to be a king suite. Its seen better days for sure. I wont be staying at Holiday Inn again.

Hotel is very outdated! Toliets seat was hanging off the rim of the toliet. I do not recommend anyone to stay here, cigarette smoke throughout the hotel was just horrible.

Room was nice and everything was relatively clean… Although it’s rather obvious they don’t attend to the rooms as thoroughly as they should. Upon opening the fridge in our room we discovered old food and drinks from the former guest. Kinda gross, it was fish… Besides that, the staff was very friendly.

At first our room key didn’t work once we did get into the room the bed wasn’t made and looked like some had just left. Got into the new room and it was ok but they had some issues with the WiFi. And trouble ordering food on the room. The hotel itself it’s kinda run down.

The staff was genuinely wonderful & very helpful. However, the hotel is so poorly maintained and the room so incredibly dirty that it’s surprising Holiday Inn keeps its name on this location.

When we first arrived the room we had smelled like smoke and the carpet and chair wasn’t cleaned. They changed our room. In our new room when I woke up the next morning it was an ant crawling by my head. I wanted to leave then but my boyfriend said we was leaving in the morning . They changed our room for the 3rd time & there was no problem after that but it was just not cleaned overall . Needs more sanitation.

Room was slightly dirty tub, furniture, and smell of the room. The shower wasnt working matenance was called. He stated that it would take him 30-60 minutes to chane the shower head. He said we can get another room. We had an event to attend to in an hour. The desk didnt have another room. We kept the room with the broken shower and the wayer filled up in the tub. The water drainage wasnt working properly. It wasn't a good experience.
