What I like how clean my room was, the air conditioner, the view from the room. What I didn't like the front desk clerk or clerks didn't explain to us about the breakfast. I love the entrance to the hotel and how friendly the staff was.

We didn't have any hot water, and the bathrooms were old and dated. The TV didn't work. The air conditioner worked really well but was very loud, to the point that it kept my husband up all night. When it turned off, you could hear the trains running all night. The rooms were outdated as well. The location was great.

I frequently visit Shreveport and this is the only hotel I stay in. The staff is wonderful and so are the rooms. It is comfortable and also has a bar/restaurant.

Th property is old and needs renovations/updating. The room was lacking a refrigerator and microwave. Also, there wasn't a chair in the room. on the plus side, the staff was very accommodating and did their best to fulfill our request.

If you're just passing through and looking for a place to lay your head, this spot is great, but if you're exploring the area, this is not the place. The staff was nice, room was nice too. The area is kind of sketchy.

The bed was very clean. No bugs in room. Door does lock. Fridge and microwave present however did not verify if it works. However the shower was moldy, and the noise coming off of the highway is very loud. The room is spacious but dated. Works great for a few hours of sleep. Never mind the sign in the lobby lol 😂. Basically says “stay your own risk”.

The staff was genuinely wonderful & very helpful. However, the hotel is so poorly maintained and the room so incredibly dirty that it’s surprising Holiday Inn keeps its name on this location.

The staff was wonderful but that is about it for this property. The bathroom, upon checking in, was as if it had never been cleaned. The shower was not clean, towels had dirty hand prints on them, and the room was full of dust.
