「I was concerned when I pulled into the facility because a contractor is repairing an exterior wall on the building. I thought there would be a lot of noise and Debrie flying around, "excess dust". I was pleasantly surprised that neither of these where a problem. The staff was very accommodating; the facility was very clean and enjoyable. I will definitely book a reservation at this facility the next time I'm coming to Shreveport. 」

「Very comfortable bed. Very well appointed room and everything was in very good condition. The room was big but the bathroom was huge! In room coffee was good. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and the lady that handled our check in went above and beyond.」

「This was our first stay at Boomtown and we will be back. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at the hotel and the casino. It might be an older property but they seem to take care and pride in their casino and hotel. 」
