「Easy check in, they sent a code for the front door and then we found our room with key in room door lock. Area was quiet and nice patio area. Snacks were accessible throughout common areas. Bedding was super comfortable. Would stay here again.」

「The floor we stayed on was so loud making it impossible to sleep even though we had to get up early. Every night someone was running through the halls or slamming door and arguing on the phone. The staff were hands down the best but until a curfew is implemented for kids running around all night I highly doubt I would come back and stay, and I was there with my own teenage kids and they were bothered and it was hard to sleep even for them.」

「Majority of the staff was rude and inconsiderate. The hotel was not prepared for the convention that I was there for. They were understaffed.」

「The whole place smelled like weed. Breakfast coffee was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Bed was comfortable but walls are paper thin and you can hear every door that opens and closes down your hall. Our bathroom door don’t fit right and I thought I was stuck in the bathroom. Overpriced for what you get but staff was very nice.」

「Beautiful hotel and room. The only thing that let me down was the paint peeling in the bathroom. Paint chips all over the floor and shower. Other than that my family and I really enjoyed our stay. 」

「The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. 」

「My reservation was canceled because there was no room available after being promised and reserved my room at a certain time manger was not avaliable to speak to or support me. It was veey disappointing the lack of professionalism 」

「I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I honestly expected it to be a bit of a letdown, but it ended up being a great stay. The property felt updated, clean, and very homey, which made a big difference. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities. Having a laundry area on the floor was convenient, and I loved the standalone glass shower instead of a traditional tub, it gave the room a more modern feel.
