「It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. 「Gorgeous location: outstanding views out of the main hustle of a large city. Staff were superlative, just the appropriate amount of discernment. All my needs/requests were met swiftly. The restaurant(s) food were quite good, particularly Novitek. I did not partake of breakfast. However, the wine menus in restaurants could be expanded. 「This is a lovely bijou hotel right on the Bosphorus with lovely little balconies right beside a mosque and the ferry port. Useful access to the old town by water as traffic is a problem in Istanbul. Room was bright and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a huge array off fresh fruits, cereals and cooked food. Staff were welcoming and very anxious to please. Would highly recommend.」
