Mixed feelings about this place. Positive is that the foyer area is really nice and there a many facilities. Negatives: I booked a twin room with city view and the room we had was good but bathroom small. We had to change rooms as during the night till morning we smelt cigarettes which was bad. After changing rooms we was given a room with no view , a TINIER bathroom with no space to move in the shower. After expressing my concerns to the guest relations Meltem? she called the room and said ‘so you want to move room again’ which made me feel like an inconvenience although moving the first time was not my choice. We did not move as it was too much hassle to pack again. Her attitude was unpleasant and not professional. The cleanliness was not the best , hair and dust on the floor and on our bed sheets. On the morning of checkout we went down at 7am for breakfast and I informed the waiter we will pay for it as we booked without. Middle of eating the waiter comes and leaves the check which I found so rude. He stood over us for fifteen minutes until he came back with the machine whilst we was still eating. I turned around and said ‘we will pay after we are done we will not run away’ to which he just laughed and did not apologise. This is extremely unprofessional. The location is OK not much around the building and at times it can be very hard to get a taxi. Even when you ask the doorman he tells you to use Uber which is not nice. A lot can be improved from their staffs attitude.
