"We had a lovely one night stay, the property exterior needs some TLC but the inside was lovely. Staff friendly, clean room, easy late check in. Four of us stayed room 14 lovely spacious and very comfortable. Amazing value for money 😊"

"Our one-night stay at Boscombe Spa Hotel was comfortable and convenient. The room was clean, and the service was friendly and efficient. We appreciated the amenities, including tea/coffee facilities with a kettle towels and soap dispensers (shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap).
On check in we were offered breakfast, which we declined. Although we weren't sure if there was an additional charge, the gesture was appreciated.
A couple of minor observations: the signage on the outside of the building could use some attention, as the lettering was partially fallen off. Additionally, parking spaces seemed limited, but we managed to find a spot without issue.
Overall, a pleasant stay with no major concerns. Would consider returning for a short stay again."

"I saw lots of negative reviews for this hotel so was very nervous about booking but we’d been let down at the last minute with the accommodation we’d booked for our weekend away so booked the Ocean hotel and hoped for the best!
I have to say I was so pleasantly surprised, yes the outside is a bit tired but the reception and bar area are lovely, the staff are friendly and helpful and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed, even a fan and heater in the wardrobe for hot/cold weather, beds were really comfortable and it was much quieter than I expected it to be, we had a stunning sea view too, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again "
