「We arrived and was given a dirty room. Unmade beds, dirty shower with used and soiled towels on the floor. Sink was gross. I insisted on a different room and with some reluctance we were given a new room. New room was a bit better but still had “clean” towels that were stained. Overall cleanliness was below average.」

「A week before our stay, we called and asked for the possibility of an early check in and later check out. Check in is at 3pm. Whole purpose of my stay is I play in a band and I needed to be at the venue for soundcheck at 3pm, person on the phone from the hotel assured me there would be no problem with us checking in between noon and 1pm, we also requested the room I booked and the room our staff booked to be adjoining rooms, again was told by the hotel no problem. 「What an absolutely fabulous inn! Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful, the animals are well cared for, beautiful grounds, the food is incredible!! Comfortable beds, extremely clean... I could go on and on. Probably the nicest and best value out of any place I've stayed in recent years. We will 100% return to stay and also plan to dine at the restaurant more often.
