They had to call the police and that was on Saturday, March 1 they said that they were not charging me for the first night which was Saturday night and they said that Expedia has to give me my refund. The staff was very good. "

"First room sheets wasn't clean and curtains were taped together with duck tape. Went back to desk check in,the GM asked me if I wanted someone to change sheets or did I want another room? I said another room and I did get another room. Second room curtains was taped with duck tape as well and no towel We made the best out the few hours we were there to get on cruise next day. On the way out next morning one room towards the front a window was busted out. I give it a 0"

"The stay was terrible. The keys didn’t work in the door for the room. The staff was not friendly or professional. The room was not clean. The beds are so uncomfortable that we all woke up with back pain. You will be better off sleeping in your vehicle at the Waffle House across the highway. "
