「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「The staff is awesome as well as Common House staff. If you have any issues they will solve it. We couldn’t find the address which our GPS issue. The staff stood outside and also help up park. It truly a home from home on steroids. We walked a couple block and saw some of the best art work. The entire environment is about love and prosperity. I never saw a negative spirit while I was there.」

「We had an amazing time, all the facilities very nice and clean, we had a problem with the water pressure one day because they were working something in the streets but Ann was always looking out for us and solved the problem immediately! We loved the area where the hotel is located 👌」

「All of the above. We were looking for a New Orleans type experience and we got it there. The room was fantastic full of beautiful furniture and a great closet. Staff was fantastic especially Cindy in the restaurant. 」

「Initially booked for one night.. checked into the room and it had a not so fresh smell.. I think it was the carpet because their rooms are always very clean but the carpet looked like it could use a good shampoo so I’m pretty sure that was the source..like something spilled on it and it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly..but I told the front desk and I wound up extending the stay and they put me in another room that was definitely more fresh..they made it right so the stay was excellent afterwards 」
