「nice」

「The coffee maker did not work, the tub’s faucet constantly leaked all night long. There was blood on the floor in the bathroom. I didn’t know if I was walking on a crime scene, or a woman’s worse day. For breakfast I was one of the first people there. I felt like a child who had snuck out of bed and asked for a glass of water the way the staff treated me . I was scared to grab a muffin or some coffee. Everytime I grabbed something the staff was looking at me like I was in some sort of trouble . ...

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「Loved the courtyard pool. Very quiet. Parking was convenient. Spa was hot. The pool area was unique and felt like a park. The breakfast options were limited but ok. The air conditioner in the room kept the room very comfortable. I also loved meeting Miss Thing the hotel lobby cat!」

「The toilet in my room did not work at all, when I let the girl at the front desk know(she was actually sitting in a sofa watching tv and playing on her phone in the lobby) that the toilet in my room did not work, she said “maintenance has left for the day, he will be back in the morning, but I will let management know” never said, let me put you in another room or anything. Then when I checked with the night shift staff, as I ended up leaving at 3am, the other girl had never even passed on that...

「The staff was great, kind and very accommodating. The cleaning staff res.\nPonded to every request in need. The history of the hotel and the location is great for getting to all the tourist sites and activities. They're hard wood original floors and you may hear the people above you so if you want total piece and quiet , don't stay there but if you don't mind an occasional basic walking because of the structure , it is a great facility . My husband and I plan on attending a Saint's game and...

「Location was good. Long walk to French Quarter was doable. Fresh market across the street was excellent. Very large buffet selection. the parking was OK. I parked in front upon arrival and never moved the car. Took Lyfts everywhere. The garden is very nice and there are several sitting areas, one for each room. You have to be a tad careful since there are steps and twists and turns which can be slippery when wet. The room was very nice with a quirky, eclectic vibe. And, there were 4 USB-A ports...
