「The Staff was friendly, courteous, and treated us like family. The food and service were phenomenal. Above our expectations, Not a worry while on the premises. Everything is in walking distance, the beach is across the road. The resort has seating at the beach prearranged. The disappointment that had nothing to do with the resort, is the main airport is 1 in half hour traveling. Recommend this resort, you would not regret it!」

「I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.」

「The check in process was easy as could be with Sam sending me video insturctions on where to find the key and the entry process. Place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a problem one day with the water not working and it was addressed immediately. (A power surge turned the water pump off without us realizing it) and we had water back within 30 minutes. The pool was a nice place to hang around during the hot days. We would love to be back real soon.」

「This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July...

「If you need to reset your body and mind, this is the place to go. Amazing staff, facilities, fitness programs and food. Most of the guests I encountered were repeat visitors. We plan to be as well. Compact resort but with everything you could need. Truly all-inclusive, I never took my wallet out for anything. Tipping is only done at the end into a box for all staff. 「This property was so beautiful and clean, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was AMAZING, especially the landing restaurant. We had the breakfast included package and it was so worth it. I traveled with my husband and our two children (19 & 17) and although we did some excursions, they did not want to leave the resort.
