「The staff was absolutely fantastic, kind and welcoming! It was so kid friendly, wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed it more! Breakfast was delicious!! Unfortunately our room wasn’t as clean as you hope, it was as if it was cleaned a while ago and not used, it could have used a freshen up before we arrived 」

「The hotel is very clean, and in a great location. I found the staff efficient and reactive to anything we needed. I would describe the staff as professionally friendly. I cant comment on parking, we took the bus, which I highly recommend. It was easily accessible right outside the hotel. Reading previous reviews I wasn't sure what to expect from the Food service, but I had a great experience. It was much better than I expected. If fact it was so good, I often preferred to eat at the hotel...

「Pool was close because it was being repaired And stayed close until we checked out, our room was upgraded but very disappointed with pool and terrace being shut down and no one bother to let us know in advanced either the hotel or Expedia as we would have never stayed there 」

「Pros: The room cards can be used as theme park tickets during the stay. The swimming pool is attractive. Staff are polite and helpful. Good for family stay. Cons: The room is too dark. Facilities such as kettles or bottled water are not included.」
