This is an amazing place, gorgeous house. Cachi and and his wife, Gaby, the owners, were so kind and ready to make anything happened. Irma the housekeeper/chef made great food and was very kind. If you are looking to relax in PV, this is a great place to stay at. We had a minor issue with the hot water in our reserved room which was quickly fixed but Cachi upgraded us to a big suite with better views and a jacuzzi. He was always ready to help, taxis came quickly and we even had masseuses come...

Spectacular views and gorgeous property. Getting to activities via water taxi, a short bus ride or taxi makes it possible to not have a car.

Such a hidden gem. This place is more than a stay. It's an experience. Things to note are that you have to take a small boat to reach the property so pack light. The nature and beach are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the perfect blend of shelter and being one with nature. The restaurant on site is superb with quality organic ingredients that create art on a plate. Staff is friendly, approachable and super helpful. Can't wait to come back.

I stayed there for 9 days with my fiancé . The customer service was excellent ,the room was clean, and well kept. The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet. There is a pharmacy ,a bar ,and a store (Oxxo) right next door to the hotel so everything is close by if you need to stock up on beer or other drinks and hit the beach. Also ,the Hotel is a great place to get a good night sleep. A Big Thank you Vallarta Live Hotel !

This hotel is the Gem of zona romantica in PV! Gorgeous and comfortable rooms. We love the decoration and every single detail in our room. There are some little details that need some attention ie there’s no coffee maker in the rooms, the mini fridge doesn’t really get drinks cold so you need ice and to get ice you have to go to front desk to request some, I will definitely stay here again and hopefully with a coffee maker in the room Thank you to all the friendly staff, specially to our...

We couldn't have asked for a better place or neighborhood to stay while in PV for our honeymoon! Spanish Moon was perfect - the amenities were awesome, the room/space was super clean, it was excellent to have such a great kitchen (stocked with literally everything we needed), and the staff were so helpful when we needed more water or had questions. They got back to us super quickly. Absolutely will be staying here again on future trips and I highly recommend you do too!

This is my second stay here, and I knew last year I would be back. The staff are super friendly and always greet with a smile. The pool is clean, the decor is happy, and it is a quiet place to stay. Excellent location for the beach, food, and as a solo woman traveling..very safe! I feel looked after here. Many thanks to Omar and this lovely staff...hasta la proxima!!

Zona Z was beyond everything one could hope for a relaxing beach vacation. Siggy, Mark, Marcela and staff were as delightful as they were helpful at every turn. The room was so quiet (even with construction in the neighborhood). Our in-room massages and covid tests allowed us to stay relaxed and pampered throughout the entire trip. This was the first of many wonderful stays for us at Zona Z.

This is the best place, everything is so nice and pretty. It has two swimming pools and the staff is very friendly. The beach is like 200m walk and there are lots of restaurants around

The hotel located in a perfect spot - close to the beach, malecon, many restaurants. Easy to get here from the airport by the local bus. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast - it was cooked for me from scratch every morning, when many other hotels give just a bag of cold breakfast items. Also two bottles of water every day was a nice touch. The room was spacious, and staff was very welcoming. I could find a few things to complain about, but for the price I paid, I don’t want to. It was a...

We loved the hotel and the staff was outstanding. The hotel had charm and felt like home in the romantica zone. The hotel had various types of stairs which might be noted. The guacamole and chips, margaritas and cool wash cloth upon arrival were so welcoming. We would surely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and couldn't have picked a better spot! We walked everywhere and the area was safe. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast- there are better places around for breakfast if you are vegetarian or vegan.

What a place! I have stayed at many other nice and fancy places and nothing compares to this place. Grand Vellas is on a whole other level. The service is amazing. Eric Santana was amazing! He was our concierge. Two of their restaurants should be michelin rated. Thats how good they are!!! I could go on and on about all of the little things that made this place great but less is more for anyone that reads this. Even their kids club is amazing! So safe and clean. The way it's not...

It's a great property. It's a little bit off the beaten path. Ubers are pretty cheap from here. If you have done an all inclusive and are ready to step out a little bit into more of a real Mexico vibe without having to worry about safety concerns and the hustle of PV this is probably your place.

We researched and chose this hotel because we wanted ocean views. The views of the water from our room were breathtaking! Just be aware that due to its location up the mountain you will need a taxi every time to come and go. I would book here again.

Closed to the beach and restaurants and very friendly staff

One of the best hotels ive stayed at. Not alot of breakfast places in the area open, so id recommend getting the breakfast deal.

Always love the quiet safe and very modern comforts of GRAND MIRAMAR. Have stayed many times. The view from most higher floor units is incredible. The location in the hills south of town is all residential and upscale. Depending on your hiking skills you might be using a lot of taxi service to get to the old town but it’s well worth it.

First off, this review might sound like I work there, but please trust me,I 100% do not.Our first time to Garza Blanca.I also never write reviews, but I had to do one for here.Regardless,This hotel to the nines. My family and I just came back from an absolutely amazing vacation at Garza Blanca. We normally stay at Four Seasons or Ritz or other very high end resorts. They weren't available so we gave Garza Blanca a shot. From the moment we arrived, we were granted by the manager Alan, and he was so...
