"I hate to mention the air-conditioning, but the air-conditioning was wonderful!!!! I was on the first floor room 120!!!! it was very hot in Genoa and when I came back to the room, the room was still cold. The staff was great, including the young woman in the breakfast bar. She was very attentive. I did give five stars but a little bit better on how to find the place once you walk into the building would be nice. Again, it didn’t take from the stars. Great location! Great shower! And great bed!….. and did I mention the air-conditioning?!"

"Check in was a little slow. Hotel has a lot of steps. Even in room and in hall ways. Good hotel but if you have a lot of luggage the stairs are a bit annoying."

"We had a great stay at hotel liberty. Just be warned, the lift can only hold 2 people, and if it breaks down, there is a lot of stairs to carry your suitcases. It broke down while we were there, but not on check in or check out day."
