Hot in Genoa

Just two nights during a heatwave. Great location but entrance bit scruffy. Friendly staff very helpful especially with complicated parking arrangements. Room spacious for a city centre hotel.

Superb hotel. Superb room. Staff are great. Breakfast is great. Property is an old building beauty restored as if it was just built. Location is perfect in the middle of all the tourist attractions. Just too many looters in the are making it a bit uncomfortable

A wonderful stay in Genoa 😊

We had a wonderful stay July 2024. Claudia was amazing with her recommendations for activities and restaurant suggestions. We ended up leaving a day early due to last minute Taylor Swift tickets, but my teenage daughter and I would recommend this hotel highly.

Lovely hotel. Good-sized room, helpful staff, great location. They shouldn’t charge for breakfast (18 euros is a lot), but otherwise the experience was completely positive.

Situated across the street from Genoa harbor, great location for walking to food, shops, attractions and 15 mibute walk from train station. Good size rooms, friendly staff. The only negative was that our shower had some visible mold in it.

The hotel was very nice. Large room and nice bathroom. We felt very safe there. The staff were super helpful and gave great recommendations. The area of the hotel and port area was nice. There are some sketchier areas in the old city. Just be aware and be smart.

Two nights in Genoa

Great location and large room. Check in was good and receptionists was gave plenty of infabout the city. Breakfast was partial buffet and partial order service. The logic of having to order fruit salad and cheese + ham was lost on me. Waited 15 minutes to learn that the order had been lost and than another 10 minutes to receive a coffee and small plate of ham. However, no bread or croissant available on buffet when this was served! Suggest that changes need to be made

Room was very spacious and clean. We had a loft style room - the bedroom was up top over looking the living room area. Bathroom was very large and had lots of towels and bath amenities. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They were very helpful when asking for suggestions.

Hotel room was very large and cleaned daily. The location was great for transport links and located opposite the marina area. The backstreets to the hotel were fine during the day but I wouldn't have felt safe on a night time. The hotel was not aware of our VIP status offered via Expedia

Every step of the way the staff here were great. Most days we had a gentleman Ford help us at breakfast and to advise on best places to go. His jovial attitude somehow stayed in tact while he actually ran around to help guests. Major thanks for everything Ford. You made our time in Genova better. As for the property itself, rooms were well appointed and spacious and very clean. Best housekeeping we’ve had yet in italy.
