This is a magnificent hotel. The location is at the port which has some rough areas… not safe at night. But I would stay here again for the elegance and quality of the property. The staff recommended a lovely small restaurant in walking distance that we enjoyed.

Amazing property in a fascinating city. The staff were outstanding and the room very comfortable. Could not have been a better trip. The hotel is extraordinary. Will be back!

Wow! First, this is an outstanding and amazing, historical property full of frescos and artwork, it takes your breath on entry and has artworks and surprises everywhere. Every room/suite is unique and ours was stunning. The standards are very high and the staff deserve full mention, they are friendly and welcoming, informative and proud. We loved the breakfasts and the girls in the kitchen were just fabulous. The port antico is great for relaxing dinning and drinks. The elephant in the room though is the area just behind and around the hotel. This is a major working European city, diverse and multi-cultured. If you want a tourist resort then avoid this port city. We however loved its vibrancy and diversity.

Echte 5 Sterne! Top Service, riesiges Zimmer und großartiges Frühstück, aber eben auch entsprechender Preis. Lage am Rand der historischen Altstadt, aber an einer stark befahrenen Straße: Fenster müssen zu bleiben, isolieren aber sehr gut. Blick auf den Hafen mit MSC Kreuzfahrtschiff!

El hotel está maravillosamente situado para recorrer lo más importante a pie, frente al acuario y la hermosa Marina. Entras al hotel y dices wow, y a los gigantes cuartos y dices espectacular !!! El desayuno delicioso y lo más importante: la atención personalizada. Es una joya este hotel! Sus techos de 7 metros de altura te hacen sentir en un palacio, todo impecable y decorado con piezas de arte. Súper elegante y a la vez cómodo. Volveré con toda la familia
