"Very friendly, hard-working staff, clean room, Wi-Fi, air con, good breakfast. Great position for accessing the many eateries and the shops on Via San Vincenzo, which runs just behind the hotel or on Via XX Settembre at the front. You collect your key from the 1st floor, from the sister hotel, Hotel Bel Soggiorno then go up with the lift to the 5th Floor. My room was on the quiet courtyard side."
