「The manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didn’t do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. The whole day would pass and the evening crew would have to get it for us. The front desk staff with exception of Ciara had NO customer service skills at all. 「I was impressed with the staff's friendliness, helpfulness and willingness to help. Our flight was not until 5:30pm. We were given a late check out and allowed access to the pool for my 7 yr old grandson while we waited for our ride to the airport. My one and only complaint is that the toilets are too low to the floor. I am only 5 feet 5 inches tall. I recently had double knee replacement surgeries. I have difficulty rising from lower seating accommodations. Perhaps future new constructions...
