"Room was clean. Bed and Pillows were very comfortable. Staff was excellent ! I was just in the city for an appointment in the area. Had no time to shop etc... maybe next time I can dine at the hotel restaurant and try the spa !"

"5 stars all around. The only thing I found concerning, and I spoke to staff about this was, there was a single woman, ahead of my wife and I in line at the standout bar, The Library. She was attempting to get a seat inside as a solo. The host asked this particular woman for her room number, floor she was on, and spelling of her last name, loud enough for several groups waiting in line to hear. I found this to be a shocking personal safety breach, IMO, and a dangerous protocol at worst. I do hope this is something that is addressed with management in making their guests feel safe and comfortable. "

"Stayed for a weekend. The room was clean and quiet. A bit odd that there is a kitchenette with dishwasher yet no dishwashing detergent, dishcloth or dishwasher detergent is provided. I would stay here again."

"The room was clean but very dated. A few water stains in ceiling and peeling wallpaper. Not really that bad. Price reflects the condition. It’s fair. I would not stay here with small children, room very small. but it is fine for a what it is: a motel for travelling. Had an unusual experience though. At 3:15am the room phone rang. This was actually 4:15 am because it was time change day. It woke me and I answered it. No one there. I Hung up. Same thing again. Phone rings. So this time I unplugged it. Then 30s later a knock on the room door. The rooms are only accessible from outside. Damn sure I wasn’t opening the door at 4am to the parking lot in this part of town. So I open the curtain and it’s the guy from the lobby. Through the window , I ask him what he wants , he said “you need something ?” He was holding some clear garbage bags. I said no and he walked away. This was all strange for the time of day and disrupted my otherwise decent sleep. "
