"It was lots of noise in there hallway, people screaming very loud and it was ongoing for hours until past midnight. I don’t think this has anything to do with the staff of the hotel because I don’t think they heard the nice I should’ve reported, but I was too tired., well I think they should have camera in their hallway so they can see what’s going on"

"The pool was closed! Seems like always. Fitness equipment is over used and needs replacing."

"Overall this was a good experience minus one pretty major thing. We had gotten to the room after a long day and were in our pjs winding down in bed, my sister grabbed one of the pillows from the bed which was untouched by us before this time. The pillow had crusty stains on it as if it had not been cleaned at all from the previous stay. It was late so we didn’t want to go to th desk at that moment and so we threw it on the floor and used the extra pillow in the closet. When we reported this to them the next day they asked why we didn’t report it when we found it and brushed it off, which was not how I believe that should have been handled."

"Stay was fine just smells like smoke all while I was there"

"Everything was fine, but the temp control in room 627 is wonky. It blows out nice, warm air, and then it inexplicably starts blowing out cold air. If we turned it off and then back on, it would reset and start blowing warm again. It would always revert to blowing out cold air, though. We woke up a couple times freezing bc the heater decided to become an AC unit. "

"Needs more staff only 1 person working and too many customers you need to have at least 2people working at time!!! The pool disgusting didn't realize it till after but we were swimming in pool wondering why it had black stuff they were working on hot tub they drained the hot tub water into the pool blah soon as we realize got out i wanted to throw up"
