Staff (all off-site) was wonderful during booking process online. We were initially told there was AC in the room we booked but then management realized there wasn't so they upgraded us to a room with AC at no extra charge. Bed was comfortable. 「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

「服務溝通都很良好，房間也舒服，唯獨覺得洗碗機和洗衣機有點太舊，洗碗機洗不乾淨，洗衣機烘不乾，希望能更新硬體設備會更好喔 地點有個缺點是附近酒吧餐廳多，晚上有點吵」
