「This property was nicely maintained, very clean, and friendly staff. The only downside was there is no elevator so you will have to carry all of your luggage upstairs. We took the lite rail from the airport to Capitol hill and arrived around 930 pm. At that time of night near the lite rail we didn't feel safe and quickly got an Uber for the 5 min ride to the hotel. 「Crumbs and dog hair all over carpet. Upstairs tenant was extremely loud the whole entire 48 hrs of my stay. Blew cigarette smoke at us every time we came in the front entrance while he was outside smoking. Not an accurate description or photos, don’t waste your money.」

「Great stay. The host was very responsive and space was beautiful. More than sufficient laundry facilities, privacy, and lovely location. The only drawback was parking. If you have no need for a vehicle, perfect otherwise you may need to hunt down a spot some days. It really depends on time of day and day of week. Street parking but it's free so that is a bonus. I met some really great fellow travelers as well.」
