「The linens, some were stained and the utensils were dirty. In general the staff around the building are excellent but seem to be unlinked to any of the leases so they are no help in the process. The apartment looked like advertised but better attention to cleaning is a must for the price quoted. The apartment smelled and felt unused for a very long time. 」

「My room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, and the location is very convenient. I was in town for a business trip and appreciated the kitchen, which had a roomy mini-fridge, stove, pots, dishes, coffee machine and hot water kettle. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to add a small side table as there was no place in the room to sit down and eat a meal.」

「The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. My son in law also said that he found a bedbug on the couch and killed it. These are issues that people don’t want to deal with on...

「Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy.」

「The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!」

「The location is very close to the downtown just around 10 minutes drive. The owner is nice to communicate and able to fix issues quickly. The only issue was much noise from upstairs guests at the first midnight and owner helped resolved the issue quickly.」

「Nice little studio. This was in a fun location in Del-ray with little shops and restaurants near by. Best for me was that the A11 bus goes right from this place to the conference hotels and metro stop in Crystal City. No need to Uber.」
